They upload the offer
A pdf, or simply a photo of the offer, is enough. Price including VAT, VAT regime and the buyer's details are read out and shown for confirmation.
The portal is the ready-made application flow and customer area you offer financing with, without building anything yourself. In your colours, on your domain, with the Adefin engine underneath.
The portal is the customer-facing part you take into your own hands: the application flow and the file your buyer follows, without them ending up somewhere else.
Colours, logo, typeface and domain are yours. The emails go out in your name too. To the buyer it is your house, from the first click to the signature.
There is nothing for you to build. The flow is there, the engine underneath runs, and what the buyer does lands in the same file as everything else.
Aveya is our own portal, running today at aveya.adefin.be. That is literally what you get, with your name on it.
This is what your buyer walks through when you send them the link or put the button on your own site.
A pdf, or simply a photo of the offer, is enough. Price including VAT, VAT regime and the buyer's details are read out and shown for confirmation.
Name and email are already filled in from the document. The buyer confirms, gives consent and moves on. Whoever joins the file identifies with itsme, including the accountant or the manager who comes in later.
After submitting, the buyer lands in a portal with a timeline: request, offer, contract, delivery. That is where they sign, upload missing pieces and ask questions.
The portal is not a detached form that sends a mail afterwards. Every step talks to the Adefin engine: the application is created, the checks start, the score lands, the offers appear.
What the buyer sees in the portal is the same truth your team sees in the console. Not two systems drifting apart.
Below is Aveya, our own portal at aveya.adefin.be. At your place the same thing runs in your colours. Screenshots from the product. Names, numbers and amounts have been replaced.
The first step: drag the offer in, the rest is read out of it.
The portal after that: where the file stands, what is left to sign and who is involved.
No. The buyer arrives through a link in your branding and follows their file without a password. What they upload lands straight in the same file you see.
Dutch, French and English, formally addressed. That holds for the console, for the portal your customer walks through and for the emails that go out of it.
No. You can start in the console or in the portal without anything changing at your end. If you want to connect, you get a key for a test environment before anything goes live.
See the example at aveya.adefin.be, or we walk you through the flow the way your buyer would, with an offer from your own practice.
